The Riverwalk Pavilion was a confetti of colors at the aMuse'um Ice Cream Crankin' Contest on Sunday, August 14th. Streamers, balloon animals, and excited children AND adults filled the space eager to taste the homemade ice cream flavors. Tables boasted flavors like Krispy Cream, Blueberry Cheesecake, S'Mores, Bacon Cararmel, Salted Caramel, Chocolate Frosty, and Hot Chocolate to name a few. The winning flavor was Roasted Strawberry Buttermilk, submitted by the Gentry family!
Baskin Robbins was the title sponsor this year and was on hand to meet and greet all the ice cream lovers. aMuse'um Executive Director Lance Westbrook and his team of volunteers and board members had plenty of entertainment on hand for the kids. This year a drawing contest was added along with balloon animals, live music and the always popular fire truck. Attendees were also treated to popsicles to keep cool.
This is an annual event held by the museum and one of the most delightful for the family and friends of the community to attend. To stay updated on aMuse'um check our Event Calendar or follow them on Facebook HERE .
