Wall Candy owners, Mary Helen and Courtney Payne spent the last 5 years bringing walls to life in and around Maury County. Their custom framing shop put them in touch with people commemorating life's big moments- graduations, first born photos, engagements, weddings, and all the celebrations between, but the time has come to close their shop. "After an amazing five and a half years, the time has come for Wall Candy to shut its doors. We will be closing at the end of this month. We want to thank you all for your business and friendship over the years, and we wish you all the very best. Thank you again for your overwhelming love and support. We will miss you all!" they wrote to customers.
Last Thursday Mary Helen and Courtney held their last Artisan's Party on the square. In addition to framing, Wall Candy carried one of kind works of art, jewelry, greeting cards, and decorative goods. The first Thursday of every month the doors would open, music would flow, and the artists would mingle with guests to talk about life and what inspired them to create.
