Hopefully you saved the date because April 23 is approaching fast, and the aMuse'um Food Truck Fest sells out every year. This year will be no exception, with local musician Callie Hopper and band as the headline act - just a month away from the May release of her full-length album "Out of the Shadows."
As in past years, the event will be held in the back parking lot behind the museum and Venue Tenn's Whiskey Alley. Entry this year will be through the front of the children's museum at 123 W. 7th Street.
Bring your appetite because your ticket will include portions from a host of food trucks, including Crepe a Diem, Moe Better BBQ, Riffs Fine Street Food, Hoss’ Loaded Burgers, Bacon Nation, Pita Pit Nashville and Pucketts Downtown Columbia. The Mt. Pleasant Grille, A Balloon Shop and Blue Monkey Shaved Ice are providing delicious desserts.
For beverages, grab an iced tea, water or locally made homebrew by by Brooks Jones and Philip Brickner. Note that in anticipation of a full house, there will be double the amount of beer this year!
Tickets are available for purchase at aMuse'um, board members and Itty Bitty Children's Boutique. All tickets are $40/individual, no exclusions. Tickets must be purchased for any children attending. The price of tickets includes food, beverages (including beer) and live music by Callie Hopper and band. Event time is 5:30-8:00 p.m.
